Do we need the sun to boost our mood?

Hey!

Today, during this typical autumn day when we miss the sun and the weather which allows us to wear light clothes, I am pondering about the meaning of the sun for people. To some of us, the sun is essential to feel good and happy. Obviously, it is cientifically proved that we need the sunlight to keep our bones healthy, to absorb calcium, to prevent osteoporosis and many other diseases such as a common cancer.

Regardless, let's not forget that many of the world's treasures are hidden in the dark.

One of the examples I found interesting are the river caves in Slovenia (unfortunately I haven't been there, so the "dark" picture is not from there, it is from Bieszczady, the polish mountains which look also impressive to me in the night). I read an article about these rarely seen river caves, it turnes out that the ones in Slovenia are characterized by it's extensive sizes, comparing to other river caves in the world. The name of the study specialized in investigating these karst forms is karstology, and it was pioneered in Slovenia. These kind of rock forms are interesting not only for scientifics but also for a common person. The caves enable the visitor to observe the speleothem, the water in action, aquatic animals, and all of these in the place where the sun doesn't shine.

Have you ever experienced such kind of happiness and fascination about a secret, hidden place?

What is the future of dinig?

Nowadays we can observe that the number of people who have some kind of affliction, in the terms of food allergy, is growing, every year it is doubling. The products which for another generations were staple food, now are the ones that trigger allergy. These products are: milk, soybeans, gluten, egges, nuts. The restaurants with gluten-free menu become more and more popular, you can trust that in these kind of places you will nourish your body properly. As is well known, gluten-free and other ingredients-free food is not only necessary to some people but it is trendy. In my opinion the reason why we leave the industrial food is just that we crave a healthy body. Unfortunately, if you don't plan your diet reasonably, you can get rid of the healthiest products out of it. If you are not allergic to wheat, milk, etc. don't avoid it at a push! It will only purge your nutrition of it's best.
The good point of the "trend" of dietary food is the culinary innovation which enables allergic people to eat out of home and socialize at the same time.
Here I share with you the article about this subject:
